International Business Development Manager

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new businesses on a global scale for contact center services
  • Manage all incoming sales inquiries in cooperation with Service Delivery and HR departments
  • Develop and maintain broker and business partner channels
  • Direct Customer Relationship Management in cooperation with Service Delivery teams
  • Drive and Actively participate in various internal and client meetings/conference calls
  • Drive to meet and exceed customer expectations and provide consultancy if required
  • Proactively working on process improvement re sales and business development procedures
  • Manage Contracting (proposals, negotiation, international contracting terms)
  • Ensure all contracted tasks are accomplished in a timely manner
  • Supporting knowledge transfers in cooperation with Service Delivery and HR departments

 

Requirements:

  • College or University degree
  • Advanced level of English +fluency in a European language
  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in international Sales/Business Development function in a contact center environment, including solid experience of dealing with Customers and internal teams
  • Strong Sales track record from contact center/B2B services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications; technology acumen
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Project Management skills: ability to manage multiple, complex, on-going tasks and related escalations in a timely manner
  • Excellent Business Relations/Account Management and problem solving skills
  • Strong analytical and multi tasking skills
  • Leadership skills: ability to coach, challenge and build high performing teams
  • Project Management certifications are a plus
  • Multinational/cultural experience is a big plus
